Kaley Joye Return Policy

At Kaley Joye, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully:

Returns:

- Eligibility: You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as panties, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be returned if they have been worn. Please ensure you try on items over your own clothing.

  

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return: Contact Kaley's customer service at returns@kaleyjoye.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.

2. Shipping: Once authorized, pack the items securely and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
